I can't find this anywhere on their website, but if your shoes start coming apart in the course of normal usage - they are usually happy to send you a replacement pair.

- Don't cancel, because it'll no longer go back to the block and the rate will be lost
- Instead add new person to reservation, then have them switch the billing info to theirs through that same reservation management page, I think (y'all will have to figure out what way makes you most comfortable to do that)
- Remove yourself from reservation

Are they washable
Other Taygra models (e.g. Corrida) boast being machine-washable, the Urbano didn't seem to like being washed as much (it seems there is a paper involved in construction somewhere, & I found chunks of paper falling out of them after washing them). They didn't fall apart, but clearly some structure within them didn't survive being washed.
